Best all purpose cleaner?

I noticed there are a few really good ones out there but I'm not sure which one to go with. Im looking for a good tire and rim cleaner and something I could maybe dilute and also use on the interior as well. I know optimum makes one as well as meguires with the d101. The d103 seems like it would be perfect but they don't make it anymore. Im sure there are others out there as well I'm sure a few people in here have experience with many cleaners.
 
You really can't go wrong with the meguiars app or apc+ if using an extractor with it (anti foaming). For the price, dilution, and effectiveness, I love it. Been using it for years.
 
I don't have a extractor. I like the power clean but it is pricey.
