P1et said:I bought a gallon of CG Citrus Wash and dispensed it in a 12 oz. squeeze bottle. I put 1 oz. per 5 gallons and it's EXCELLENT to say the least. No stripping of wax! Just like Al, I measure exactly 1 oz. as well.
However, I did make a strong batch in a sprayer to clean wheels and that also works very well.
A versatile product!

All have HIGH lubricity...great cleaning abilities and leave a nice surface sheen and some slickness to the paint...
None have proven to be harsh to LSP's when used as directed...
concentrated so you use less than regular shampoo's

CG sitrus wash and gloss is very nice. It's strong if you go 1oz/1 gallon route, but with dillutino ratio of 1/2 oz of soap and 2 gallons of water you will have excellent maintaince wash. Best of all it is very cost efficient.Surfer said:I wanted to try the CG Citrus Wash but heard if you don't get the ratio correct its actually pretty potent and can strip your LSP?
Perhaps you should try Poorboy's SS&S.gpdallam said:I've only used Mirror Glaze 00 and DG 901 so far, but the DuraGloss was nicer, better, and smells good!
Mirror Glaze 00 worked OK, so I gave it to my Dad to try to get him to quit using Palmolive. It worked!
Yes - significantly so IMO - and I don't consider Meg's GC to be a bad soap either.Gnarboots11 said:I want to try some DG 901. Is it alot better than the Megs GC?
Gnarboots11 said:I was told DG 901 could be purchased OTC at Napa, or Carquest. I have gone to every single car store within about 50 miles of my home and I have yet to see any DG product. The only thing I have seen is Megs GC of course. I want to try some DG 901. Is it alot better than the Megs GC?
