Best carpet extractor under 250?

I think I may just save up and get this one here,

8070 Mytee-Lite™ II

sense I posted this thread, business has picked up so I think I'll get a little savings going and go with the hot water extractor.
That's what I did and I like my Mytee lite, I don't use it much but when I do it gets the job done. Try to find one used in good shape.

My biggest problem with the Bissel Pro heat is the hose is much to short making it difficult to work with.

Old thread but a quality shop vac is the best extractor under $250

Digging up old thread sorry. I just received my new Bissell spot clean pro heat. I have to say I am let down. I am replacing a 12 yr old LGM. QUESTION: Why replace something that works like a champ with something half the capacity, feels cheaper and flimsy? I put it back in the box to return. Thought of buying the bigger Pro unit,, then read under the 5 star reviews to the one star reviews of ppl going back and saying the hose breaks at the handle all the time, and is the biggest problem or that the sprayer dies.

torn between keeping this or getting the bigger one and just reinforcing the hose ahead of time. I have a few days to decide.

Sorry if this has been said already (I couldn't read the whole thread); the Mytee S-300 can be had for around $400. I have it and a Bissell. The Mytee S300 has superior lift, superior spray, and is many more times reliable than my Bissell SpotClean Pro.

pardon the 'bump' but u can buy a bissell carpet & upholstery cleaning kit for wet/dry shop vacs; however since its obsolete most kits on ebay are most likely used & incomplete

the ancient bissell shampooing kit (complete) came with:
carpet/floor nozzle
upholstery nozzle
handle grip with solution trigger
two extension wands
40" solution tube (gos from handle grip/trigger to carpet nozzle)
50' water supply hose with 'shampoo meter' (connects onto faucet)
faucet adapters with washers & screen washer
8' x 1 1/4" vacuum hose w 2 1/2" machine end connector
bare floor tool adapter (gos on bottom of carpet nozzle)

my parents bought that kit at kmart back in the 1980s after buying the craftsman shop vac @ sears
