Hey, I'm still new to this website and I don't have many items yet nor tried many, but I plan on it. I'm still using cloth towels to dry my vehicles at home. What would you suggest to be the best drying tool?

 The Guzzler Waffle weave. I sugget the Ultimate first then follow then follow with the regular or supreme with your QD. Best I have found so far and that thing is thirsty. Also either use a leaf blower or flood your paint first and that will help remove excess water.

:iagree: :iagree: :iagree: both of those are your top answers.

I use an air gun on an air compressor and micro fiber towels. The air gun works great to blow the water out of the places you can not get to with a towel. You are able to blow a lot of water off the car before even touching it with a MF towel especially if your car is waxed/sealed.

There was some talk recently on the forum about people using leaf blowers to dry their cars. I have never tried that yet but I would love to hear some more people's opinions on it.

Blower followed by the Guzzler. You can't go wrong with that combination, and your cloth towels are probably doing more harm than good.

Death Valley, "it's a DRY heat"

Actually my shop vac blows, yea yea yea, its supposed to. I originally bought it to blow dustbunnies out of my garage. With the nozzle attachment its something I already have available

I'm waiting for the UPS guy to deliver my guzzlers today so I can wash my car and give them a test. The Santa Ana wind has been howling here for days and my car is covered in dustbunny something

Guzzler hands down....

I have two. Don't know how I lived without them. They are perfect for rinseless washing too. Clean up very well.

I use a leaf blower and remove whats left with a microfiber towel. Its the least invasive method.I have to admit though, drying with microfiber is a lot faster. If you don't have a leaf blower or rather use microfiber then you can blot dry which is a bit better than rub a dubbing:) .Hope this helps

OK OK, I'm finally going to add a Guzzler to my next order. Geez, I just caved under peer pressure.:o

Another vote for the Guzzler..The bigger the Guzzler the better 28X54..

I used to use the Absorber, but have just placed my Guzzler order! I got the $28 combo pack, which I think should be good.

I did hear/read that the Guzzler only works well on a properly waxed/sealed vehicle.

When I dry my vehicle, I usually let the water sheet off first, then give it an initial quick dry followed by some shop vac/leaf blower action. Then I finish the whole thing and admire my excellent work.

What's this AIR WAND I keep reading about?

and leaf blower!

Hey Joe, I can see your in the glass behind you!

I use the Guzzler too, just bought another one. After using the Guzzler, I use an electric leaf blower to get whatever water is in the cracks. I also use the leaf blower for the wheels.

I use three things….my California water blade :righton: (it is imperative that you get all the dirt and crap off when rinsing before using this product or you WILL get scratches), next I use two Meguiars water magnet waffle-weave towels :righton: , and last my gas leaf blower :righton: for all my cracks and top and bottom billet grille(s).
