Whitethunder46 said:Pretty much. I offer a few upgrades:
"Wet Paint Package" - Pink Moose and Souveran Paste. Add $40 to any package.
(On my basic full exterior details or full complete details, I already use a nice wax. Usually DP MaxWax, PB's NB, Liquid Souveran, etc. I'm going to get a CG wax and FK's Pink Wax.
Sealant upgrade - For an additional $25 I offer a sealant rather than a wax for extra protection. I use either DG105 or WG DGPS depending on color.
"Leather upgrade" - I usually use Megs leather cleaner/conditioner for leather. For an extra $10 I step it up to Pinnacle's leather conditioner.
"New Car Upgrade" package - Includes the following: leather conditioner upgrade if applicable, engine cleaning and dressing, headlights/taillights polished, and Klasse AIO applied on all windows (I already include this standard on the front windshield for full details and exterior full details). This package is an additional $40, but I may change to $50.
So none of these are really included in the package, but when someone says they want something, I try to sell them an additional package, etc. as an add on. For instance, someone may just want a wash and vac, but I could possible sell them on the wet paint package for an additional $40.
Nimble said:Don't take this the wrong way Greg, because I admire your obvious attention to detail/work ethic. I just feel (from looking at your site) that you are getting *way* too much into detail on the packages and breaking them down. Even how nicely you have them written, it seems as if you're forgetting that most customers are easily confused, and don't want 3 waxes, and a sealant to choose from, they want results and simplicity. I'm sure you're successful and will continue to be, but I'm thinking a *slight* simplification of your services might be beneficial to your company. Good luck either way.![]()
LOL yeah I use great stuff.3Dog said:Accept no substitutes

Also, thanks for the offer, but I just ordered some VM and RMG along with a gallon of QuickShine a couple weeks ago.
ron231 said:Just because RMG is not available from AG does not mean you shouldn't use it.
In my opinion, RMG blows away all of the glazes that AG carries. I am a glaze addict, and RMG is the best I have ever used.
Besides ordering directly from clearkote means you get free clearkote samples.

Does anyone have any Vanilla moose they would like to trade off? I have some things to offer.
you really don't want to put glaze over sealants. Glaze ,and sealants have their place in detailing. Normally the glaze goes after polishing, some glazes contain no wax, oils, or silicones (hence no protection) and makes them a good base for a sealant, which is designed to protect and seal your prep work, while giving you more shine, and all the good stuffMike T said:and there is no problem with glazes over sealants?
