Best I could...

Wow, you did a great job on that interior, especially considering the sad state it was in. I too would RUN away from that job, but kudos to you for sticking with it and getting it turned around. Only problem is those little ankle biters will probably have it trashed again within a week.

I don't know what it is these days but my dad would have smacked the crap outta me if I made a mess in his car like that.....

reminds me of the Pizza delivery truck i did. carpet was so soiled for so long the owner thought i put a new carpet in when the job was done lol. went from black to light gray. found out after they also used it to transport trash, that explains the nasty old pizza/dirty diaper smell haha.

Wow! Awesome job on that mess! There's no way I could take my car to a detailer and drop it off in that condition, and still have any dignity. I'd sweep out as much as I could myself and ask for the detailer's help in removing stains or whatever I couldn't do myself. Personally, I think that's just rude to expect someone else to clean up that type of filth, even if they are footing the bill.

Thats gross, don't understand how some people are just SLOBS.

Have you met kids? They don't even try and make cars look like that.

We have a 6 hour roadtrip coming up this weekend, I imagine I will spend quite a bit of time cleaning up the interior after getting back.

I have 2 of my own, they dont even lay a finger on the glass cause they know how much I hate a dirty car, let alone throw the lollipop stick on the carpet once they are done with it.

Yep its all about how you raise them. We always made a point of lightly scolding our daughter when she made a mess, even as a very young toddler. By the time she was walking and starting to talk she would apologize when she dropped something on the floor and run to clean it up. She would even get upset if she couldent clean up something she dropped at a restaurant, lol!

Any one try just getting a blower to blow all that junk out? I know thats what my mom does when she cleans her car, it gets pretty gross.

Great job. That really wasn't that bad. Kudos for you for making some $$$$$$$$$$. I LOOOOOOOOVE those jobs. Owner knows it's gonna cost 'em and I make it look like new when finished.

You guys shouldn't run away from those types of details but specialize in nasty interiors.
