M26...I've been using it: Forever and ever (Amen).I just got a sample of Meguiar's Yellow Wax.
Now I haven't tried it as of yet but from a friend of mine who gave me the sample talks highly of it.
Its calledm26 and can be found at auto parts stores.
Not expensive either.
Is it the best?
Not sure if anyone can tell you which is best but they will give you their opinion![]()

Has the "best D.O.I.":

If you just want to put a temporary band aid on it "turtle wax black box" sold at walmart for like $20 will temporarily hide any swirls and make it look deep black. But as every one else has said its all in your technique. With good paint prep even a 2.00 clearance wax will work.
One of my fav liquid wax is colinite and megs 26.
6.5" pads on the Porter Cable is your first problem. TSR & FG3.0 are EXCELLENT products when used correctly. You need to look into MF pads, 5" LC Flat Pads, or LC Low Profile Hydrotech 5" Pads

Once removed from their containers:
Won't most waxes---paste, liquid, creme/cream---harden:
Soon after they've been applied upon a vehicle's panels?
I know my liquid form of M26 will.

Which is more confusing:With confusing numbers.
Thanks for throwing some more number (#) confusion into the ring!Mothers California Gold liquid wax is also a good local shop choice. Easy to remove and looks like a million bucks when you finish.
My only 2 knocks on it are longevity, and it seems to be dust-philic.
