Best liquid carnuba wax for a deep wet shine

Im getting the pads and correction kit today, and will be following tips and instructions very closely.

Hi Mike,
I went with the XMT swirl remover bundle and the orange, white, and black LC 5.5" flat pads.
I dont think I will need the #4 at this time as I dont have oxidation or severe swirls.
I will start with the #3.
Should I start with the orange pads for #3?
Should I use both #2 and #1 with white pads?
How do I determine if I need to use #2 and #1?
What speed on my porter cable should I be using for:
#3?
#2?
#1?

After all the swirls are gone, should I apply the wax (I got the pinnacle souvern) with a black pad and a speed around 4?

Sorry for all the questions, I just want to do this right. Thank you for all your help
 
I just got a sample of Meguiar's Yellow Wax.
Now I haven't tried it as of yet but from a friend of mine who gave me the sample talks highly of it.
Its calledm26 and can be found at auto parts stores.
Not expensive either.
Is it the best?
Not sure if anyone can tell you which is best but they will give you their opinion:)

M26...I've been using it: Forever and ever (Amen).

Has the "best D.O.I.":
Not just my opinion...
but also proven through/by independent ASTM-testing protocols.

I have been using it forever also because it's that good. :xyxthumbs:

The only one I like better has been WG Fuzion....

And that says a lot about how good M26 really is I think. :)
 
If you just want to put a temporary band aid on it "turtle wax black box" sold at walmart for like $20 will temporarily hide any swirls and make it look deep black. But as every one else has said its all in your technique. With good paint prep even a 2.00 clearance wax will work.

One of my fav liquid wax is colinite and megs 26.

Not a good suggestion.

Please do not waste 20 dollars on the Black Box and cover you scratches and swirls with colored fillers not to mention this products life is prob 5-10 days as far as the wax goes.

Agreed. Porter Cable is just not strong enough to get results with these large pads in a reasonable amount of time and effort. TSR is a decent product, FG is an excellent product, both work very well with this polisher. Good luck!

Soon after they've been applied upon a vehicle's panels?

I know my liquid form of M26 will.

Mothers California Gold liquid wax is also a good local shop choice. Easy to remove and looks like a million bucks when you finish.

My only 2 knocks on it are longevity, and it seems to be dust-philic.

Only the 5750 is the liquid, correct?

5550 is the paste, so I didn't list it per the OPs initial query.
