Im in the market for a nice pressure washer. I mainly will use it for boats, undercarriage, wheel wells, and muddy vehicles. I want something reliable, which is hard to find these days.

Ive read that the AR blue, Karcher, and Powerworks are good. Of course Ive read negative review on amazon from them all. Any comments from owners.

thanks in advance

I went for the new karcher 5 series as its a great pressure washer

I post this so often I should make a drop in file to post.

Buy whatever electric pressure washer that is available at Costco. Save the box and all the paperwork, especially the receipt. When it fails, and it WILL fail return it and get whatever electric pressure washer is on the shelves that day.

All the electric pressure washers I have ever owned (it's now up to four) have failed in exactly the same way. The develop an internal leak. Water starts to drip out the bottom and gets worse and worse over time. And this causes the motor to cycle on and off. Getting into the on cycle more and more.

The manufacturer know about this design fault and have done nothing to fix it over a fifteen year period. By purchasing your washer from a store with a lifetime return privilege you save yourself from being their service and QC department.

I also have a 4000 psi gas washer from Karcher. It has been bulletproof for ten years. And it doesn't have any plastic parts.
