Best pad and polish to use for heavily oxidized paint???

Here are a couple of pics of the difference it made. This is Meguiars Ultimate compound. It is the one that is sold in stores. I wanted the 105 but didn't want to wait for it in the mail. I have #6 and #7 that I want to use on it next. Should I use #7 with the white pads and then #6 with the gray or black pad? Thanks.
