Best Product & Equipment to Use

Guys,
I am new here and I barely opened a new ‘Small Used Car Dealership’. Inventory of about 5-10 cars at a time.

I have used the search button but there appears to be a lot of info scattered all over the place.

Anyway, I am simply trying to seek some assistance in selecting best products to utilize.

I figured instead of outsourcing the detail aspect of my business (especially upholstery- Carpet & Seats), I would tackle this myself.

That said, keeping both budget and performance efficiency in mind, I would appreciate some recommendations for the following;
1) Best Upholstery (Carpet & cloth Seats) commercial steam/ shampoo/ hot water extractor. (I have a budget of about $800-$1,200)
2) Best shampoo chemical to use with the hot water extractor.
3) Best chemical to use for cleaning and reconditioning of leather seats.
4) Best fragrance to use in order to give interior of the car ‘THE BRAND NEW SMELL’ after detail. (It could be part of the hot water extractor shampoo chemical or pretty much a fragrance by itself).
5) Best tire-shining product.

I apologize if my questions seem redundant on here but I would really like to get some feedback from the pros.

You'll probably get a number of opinions anytime you ask for "best".

We sell to extractors here at Autogeek and out of the two the Aztec Hot Rod is a very good, entry level machine that will work for what you want to do.

I'm not a pro by any means but I like the mytee lite II for carpet cleaning. I just got mine and used it last night. I can tell you the water gets very hot. For new car scent I use chemical guys new car scent. It smells pretty close to what a new car smells like to me. I forget the tire gel I use I would have to go check on that later.
 
Some of the primary differences between the MyTee Lite and the Aztec Hot Rod

Mytee Lite offers a much larger cleaning solution tank and holding tank so you can work longer before you need to empty the holding tank and refill the solution tank.

With the Mytee Lite you can use a cleaning solution in your solution tank, not so with the Aztec Hot Rod. The thing you have to remember though is that if you add cleaning solution to the tank, like Meguiar's APC +, which is a low foaming APC that can be used in a hot water extractor, is that you are never rinsing with just water as you're always injecting cleaning solution into the carpet or fabric. Don't overuse your choice of cleaning solution and it won't be a issue.


I like the clear extractor wands better than the stainless steel wands because you can see in a very visual way when the surface is flushing clean.

CRUD, $775 is considered "entry level" man I am wayyyy below entry level in the wallet category. LOL

I think I am leaning towards the Mytee Lite.

I have also looked into the chemical guys 'New Car Scent' product. It has quite a bit of positive reviews. Any other product that is comparable>

What about chemical solution to use with the Mytee Lite?

What about Leather Cleaner?
