Best Pump Sprayer for waterless and rinseless wash

At the risk of repeating myself, when I started rinseless washing it was a winter desperation thing, and the car was usually covered in road salt grit. I would pre-spray with normal 1:256 rinseless, and it didn't really seem to do anything, so it seemed pointless, so I stopped doing it. Well, maybe I still did it during the winter, but not in the summer. Then later you notice some wash marring on the sides and wonder if that was from those winter washes, and well, it's done already.

Then you get a new car and you think...gee, all the other guys are pre-spraying, maybe I should try that again, and more recently for me it DOES seem to be doing something, whether that's my better sprayer, or better products, or higher concentration...but it seems like a reasonable thing to do, if the car is dirty enough.
I certainly think dirty cars can use pre-spraying. I’ve started doing prespraying more but I haven’t noticed marring without it. The whole rinseless - rinse - rinseless to me just expands the rinseless method into the realm of incredibly dirty cars. (Though if I’m honest, I’m not sure if I’m pulling out a pressure washer it would be what I’d choose)

My detail Keg is sweet but you also have a cordless ryobi unit, i can't remeber the model.

Which IK hand pump sprayer would you reccomend with good spray for my uses?

If you want the best sprayer for waterless and rinse-less washing I would suggest taking the deep dive down the 1 and 4+ gallon battery sprayers for lawn care. When you do you will find that they also customize then using broadcast sprayer nozzles like the "TeeJet" brand. This allows for specific spray pattern and amount based on PSI as well. So using battery sprayers that maintain the PSI will allow real accurate and constant use.

I went this route. I started with a cheap gallon pump sprayer, upgraded to the IK Multi Pro 12 with a Xiaomi air compressor since I hate pumping and now have the EGO backpack sprayer. I bought initially for lawn care but it's the best tool I've ever used for rinseless washing. It's a bit overkill but when has that stopped any us from a purchase.

I have both IK Foam Pro 12 and the Multi Pro 12. I find myself using the Foam Pro 12 more than the Multi Pro. The Multi Pro can be used for rinseless prespray or with just water to rinse wheels/tires etc. But don't really need an IK for that. A cheaper pump sprayer would do just those tasks just as well.

I use the Pro Foam for touchless presoaking/ foaming with shampoo for contact washes and foaming wheels and tires.

Also have the Pro foam 2 which I mostly use for foaming wheels and tires. It works very well for that but not enough air capacity for foaming the paint. Have also used the Pro Foam 2 for foaming the undercarriage during winter for salt residue removal, foaming my lawnmower, foaming the garage doors, etc.

The iK Foam Pro sprayers come with a fitting installed to charge them with a compressor. I modified the Multi Pro with a fitting so it can be charged with a compressor as well. Charging with a compressor is the way to go IMO.
