If you were to choose from these 3, which would you choose? I was thinking of 3 criteria to base it on:
overall gloss
overall slickness after application
absence of streaks

I currently have OID and FK and love them both, but with DP having a sale this week, I am debating buying DP Final Gloss.

d/p is very nice!!! i havnt used it in a while but i remember it being a nice q/d. smells great too..

My two favorite detail sprays are FK425 and Showroom FX's Detail Mist. Both are VERY good and spread amazingly well without streaks.

I haven't tried the DP, but I ordered plenty of their products on this current BOGO, so I look forward to trying them out :)

Sounds like I might have to ask for forgiveness from the wife again :) darn all of you!!! This site is SO dangerous. I might end up sleeping on the couch for a bottle of DP Final Gloss...

Based on these 3 criteria: FK425

The Souveran Spray wax used as a QD is pretty special too

souveran spray wax is the best!!!!!! i highly recommend this. it gives a coupleweeks durability too!!!! great for a spray wax...

I know Meghan was touting DP FG a lot... :) was hoping she would chime in and give her input, provided she used all 3 products so she can compare.

i believe she uses d/p as a q/d .. if i remember from a past post... :xyxthumbs:

you wont be sorry with the DP offering, and yes you do already have two great products.

Out of the three options:
FK#425

Some others (just off the top of my head)...

Comparable:
Z6
#135
OptiSeal

More gloss:
Dodo Juice Red Mist
Z8

More clean:
#34
The other FK QD

And as a self proclaimed detailing "addict", I also have $$$ worth of products purchased from AG that I will never ever finish. :) Why do I keep buying more? Just to have them and try them.... I love the "game". Hence, I put an order in for DP FG yesterday, coupled with Xtreme Foam (I'm all out).

Opti-seal??? Why are you ranking Opti-seal as a QD? That's a pure sealant.

fk 425 covers your three criteria. i love the souverain spray wax and use it to treat the wheels quickly after every wash. have bought gallons of each now to back up my b.s. liq souv wax is my go to for silver in every case.

Pure or not, it applies in the same way and I doubt it works much different than any of the other "high gloss" QD, which can be argued as being more similar to a sealant. Since Red Mist is mentioned, i figure to mention OptiSeal. Plus it never hurts to add more layers of sealants ;) OptiSeal is great since it can even go over cured waxes (similar to Red Mist as well).

Fair enough...

Although, a point to note, I "used to" to use Opti-seal until I discovered UPGP. UPGP blows Opti-seal away in terms of gloss and durability. You might want to give that a try.

Thank you (and the others) for the advice. I decided to pass on the DP Final Gloss BOGO and opted to get the DP Interior Cleaner instead. I figured with FK425 and OID, I was covered for QD's.

FK425 is by far my favorite, I haven't used liquid souv spray yet

I have more QD and Spray Wax than I will ever use. That being said I will order a bottle of the DP before next Friday. I have some buddies at work who are also Geeks after I helped them to see the light. We order more than $95 so we can use the AGO code for free shipping. I been playing with Polycharger H2O also which has made big changes to my QD's and SW's. Just a way to double the fun!

FK425 nothing else compares.......at least for me.
