Best Quick Detailer

If it's only light dust then yes. I would do a wash if it's anthing more to avoid adding scrathes / swirls. The product is Spray & Gloss not Spay & Wipe as I ealier posted.

This goes right to the heart of the matter. QDs in earlier, less complicated times were used for a dual purpose - a gloss enhancer and a light cleaner. The Spray and Gloss is an example of a dedicated gloss enhancer as it really only pushes dirt around but gives the paint an extra little "pop". Spray and Wipe on the other hand is an example of a dedicated cleaner, a waterless wash. As such, it adds very little to the paint but will easily take care of most bird bombs, road film and dust. Now days they have quick detailers that are almost like toppers and even bond to the LSP, such as Duragloss Fast Clean and Shine.

These and most other products like them do what they claim pretty well but they have different strengths and are used for different purposes. The point is to be sure to define QD as to your needs and know what you want your quick detailer to do for you. Once you establish that then buy accordingly.
