best service ever

I placed a order to get the 150 free shipping recently. I had a gallon of spray wax and could not take advantage of the west coast upgrade. I had a customer and needed the OC 2.0 and clay asap and asked AGO to ship that separately with west coast upgrade. Not only they did ship that but the rest of my order as well minus the gallon. They did not charge me anything extra either. It gets better, one of mine auto scrub sponges was damaged and they shipped a replacement with 3 day shipping. They also answered their emails with in 5 minutes. Just wow service. Its hard to find customer service like that today. thanks AGO

I have never ever experienced anything less than excellent service from AG as well. For many years. Good customer service like they offer is one thing but to maintain it consistently, for many years, speaks volumes. We are all in the customer service business and i think AG not only understands that but gives us reassurance of how to do it right also.

Autogeek is a great company, I feel bad though because they might lose money when the shipping company decides to not be careful with the boxes
