Best tire dressings?

So been using coatings on my tires but Perl in my moms rav4. Last a couple of weeks w/o rain and needs application again if it did rain.

I have Tac systems tire coat which lasted about a month for a coating so I ipgraded to something else and this just sat on the shelf.

I was applying Perl to the tire but grabbed wrong bottle (thought it was Perl bat was TSTC) so sprayed two pumps.

Knew instantly was wrong product because although i wasnt a fan of the longevity, It’s my favorite smelling detailing product,

I usually put for sprays of Perl on the applicator so I just decided to add 2 Perl sprays to the 2 TSTC.

Applied, look fine. Lasted twice as long as perl by itself and looked better. Stayed clean too.

The reason i’m posting is i got about a month on this Combo even through rain. Sits outside 24/7 driven about 700-800 miles a month.

This it today. No cleaning. Was surprised how clean it was.

So didnt clean it at all and applied the same combo to all for wheels. Reason I like dressings is i can go a couple of applications w/o washing. Can’tcdo this with a coating it will brown.

Glad you like it. It was a product that I didn't like. I ended up tossing it into the trash can. It always left the tires brown after a couple weeks.

I been using Duragloss 253 for the past 3 months...tires look great for a long time...not buying anything else

Yeah i didn’t like it as a coating but hope i can use it mixed up as a dressing. Depending on how i like mckees long term i may go back to dressings as well.

Hi folks, what about gyeon tire? Is that considered a tire coating? Does it brown tires?

There seem to be a BA-ZILLION tire dressing products out there, and I think I have tried a lot of them. Most of them seem to work cosmetically, but it's the longevity that is my issue.

I'm looking for long-lasting, car wash immune products. Any suggestions?

Cheap, easy to find, easy to use.

Sorry for the late reply, I've been offline working and traveling and then I took a day off to recharge the batteries.

If you don't mind doing a thorough cleaning/prep of the tires the first time before applying Tuf Shine Clearcoat, you should never have to do heavy scrubbing of tires again once the clearcoat is applied. Because the clearcoat is like a finish on the tires, dirt is easily removed from the surface just like on the paint of your car. A quick cleaning with mild soap and water to remove any road scum should be all you need to do in the future.

One additional comment. Our Tuf Shine Tire Cleaner was developed to completely strip the tire of old dressings and grime. It took us almost 5 years to produce the right formulation and tested it on many used tires obtained from a tire graveyard. It will not turn the tires brown. The right brush is part of a successful effort and we developed that too. Yes, it does take some initial elbow grease to do a thorough cleaning, but once Tuf Shine Tire Clearcoat is applied a quick cleaning with mild soap is all you need to do to maintain the finish. Many 5 star reviews on our cleaner. Keep um shining! O ok

Get a drill brush and let it do the work for you. With the drill brush any decent tire cleaner will do. Heck even soap and water worked decent with it.
