Best towel for drying

Dry Me Crazy is still my go to drying towel, but when I do rinseless washes I use the damp towel-dry towel method and when I use traditional washes I always use one of my electric blowers.

I have yet to find anything that is better than the Dry Me Crazy. It dried an Escalade ESV (are the larger ones still called that) without having to ring it out. Expensive yes, anything else like it? No.

Chamois do not absorb water well and they do scratch. I only use chamois at work because I'm trying to do my job in a timely matter. I would like to take my time but I can't.
I like the waffle weave better for drying my car and it does a great job

Wringing it is a bit harder than a usual towel, nothing crazy though. I can dry my whole car with one by wringing a couple times.

I'm about to pull the trigger on The Guzzler combo. I'll use the medium size for primary drying and the small size for touch-ups. I like the advice posted in here about laying the towel over a wet surface to dampen it before doing any wiping.

So I have one of those pretty big waffle weave towels I think made by cobra...orange with black lining. Am I not supposed to drag those? Just used to 'blot'?

I lightly dab with an absorber. A quick run around. Then finish with the large size of the gold plush. Works like a charm.
