I am fairly certain I am going to OC my DD in the spring. I think its the best way to keep the car looking good in the long run.

I know lack of slickness is a complaint, so I will be using UQW or Reload after washing. My question is, what is your favorite soap to use with OC?

I have some CWG and hyperwash, but was thinking maybe Carpro Snow Foam would be a good option, as it will deep clean and help keep contamination to a minimum.

Any thoughts on this? Perhaps the Carpro foam every other wash?

Thanks

Any soap will be just fine - dirt does not bond to OC, so the majority of the contaminates just rinse/wipe right off.

Ditto on the OCW, then some Carpro Reload or Wolfgang Spritz Sealant to rejuvenate some slickness

I like both CG CW&G & Hyperwash while washing OC protected vehicles. They both clean well while being very luberious.

But in all honesty you can use any soap on OC. It is all personal preference.

Thanks. Maybe ill use one I have and hit it with ironx spray once a year

I use Optimum Car Wash Shampoo but have been considering Irox X snow soap. Optimum makes a great shampoo!

That's the beauty Opti Coat...you can wash with whatever you like. Strong washes won't remove it. So, you can use No Rinse Wash & Shine or No Rinse Wash & Wax to maintain a nice gloss or do heavy cleaning with Dawn or Power Clean.
