Something I'm sure many of you mobile guys out there have faced is trying to conserve water, less water per car = more cars per fill up = more clients in one session = more money!
I'm planning to switch almost completely to ONR after I run out of DP Extreme Foam Formula, but here's my question, what are your opinions on this method: washing wheels regularly, high pressure spray down, and then an ONR pre soak but instead of using one mitt and two buckets, filling one bucket with ONR and 5-10 fluffy nap microfiber towels, and once a towel is too dirty to continue, just toss it in a dirty towel bin and move on to a new towel?

What have you guys found to be good methods to save on water?

Yeah, I've been working on my rain dance but it's just not quite 100% yet... Im the MAN

Keep using ONR. Your on the right track. I've started presoaking my cars and going over it with a slightly ringed out microfiber towel. I commonly use 4-6 towels per car. More if needed.

So I'd be safe using just one bucket and a bunch of towels rather than rinsing and reusing? What towels do you like best?

For washing I buy a 24 pack from Sams Club. They work well and are cheap enough that I don't mind tossing them when they get worn or uncleanable. They get retired to APC duties inside the car eventually. If one of them touches the ground it gets trashed. Don't ever use one on paint if its been on the ground. I keep a plastic container in my truck and all the dirty ones go there during the day.

I am comfortable with a single bucket. If the vehicle is muddy it gets atleast a partial traditional bath to get the big chunks off. I use a two bucket system with the traditional wash.

Thanks, yeah I buy my nice towels from AG but get the big pack from Sam's too. Thanns
