Best WAX ever?

Sure people still use P21S. it's a easy to use and remove wax, but doesn't last all that long. For me personally, I hate applying paste waxes, it's old technology to me. I've sold off my p21s, 476s, natty's blue, etc, and replaced with optimum car wax spray, clearkote carnauba moose wax, and liquid souveran. I can wax a full size vehicle in 15 min tops. Not to mention you save a lot of product with applying by white edge 2k 4" pad and a pc at speed 4. It's a breeze.

I use it from time to time. It is good.
But then again I still use pastes with sprays over them.
I have found a car without a base paste wax smears if you try to put spray wax on it. Just my two cents.

Dissapointed by Councours?

Nope, I'm quite happy with Concours, that's why I was surprised.

I hate to say it, but I tried to warn you. If you truly look at the offerings of Pinnacle against Zymol, Swissol, and even Victoria Waxes you will find little true difference if any. So why not save your money and look for addtl detailing items that are needed.

I agree I need to get lots more detailing items but I'm really interested on all the types of waxes out there and testing them out and comparing. I don't mind the Concours, looks good but I need to use it on a dark color vehicle. Should look good. I Haven't compared it to anything but looks good to me.
Thanks for the info kills, always look forward to your feed back :awesome:

I don't think I've ever used Turtle Wax on my shoes, did you use it as an LSP?

Do you polish them out first with SSR2.5 (on an orange pad) followed by SSR1 on the white pad?

Please describe your process.

Hard to bet the Pinnacle product line. Day in Day out.

Autogeek itself has a lot of the best waxes you can get :D Just get whatever you can within your price range.

No seriously I cleaned my shoes w/ Kiwi and waxed them w/ Turtle Wax #3. The wax layer is so thick that you dont need to shine them for another 5-6 weeks. Try it on an old pair first. That's about the only thing Turtle Wax is good for or waxing your bike.

That's some good advise ChinesePeepsRule. Were they leather shoes? Otherwise, a good leather conditioner might help as well.

And yes, you can wax your old bike with it. Good point.

Hmm I have an idea for a use of the TUrtle Wax that's been sitting in the garage :D

nice choice ... didnt find it as easy to use as Souveran Paste, but looks about as nice. I didnt notice any difference from 50/50, did you ??

Haven't had the chance (and $$$) to try the Souveran, although I have liquid Souveran and like that too, but that's a different story. But, I did notice too that it wasn't as easy to use. Seemed to "dry" as soon as it hit the paint. Actually used too much in certain areas too and had to use some Zaino Z8 to remove.

I DID notice a difference between the CG products. It might be, as others say, depending on the paint, but the 53 looked a little deeper and brought the metallic flakes pop more than the 5050. The 5050 looks wetter and a little glossier. I think it might be very hard to tell the difference if the flakes weren't there.

We'll see this weekend. Got my G35 with 5050 now. Gonna do the same thing (P21s lotion + 53) and see what happens.

Interesting. I have read that a few other people preferred their 50/50 over their Pete's '53 for the above reasons...

Killr, since I have never used Souveran Paste, can you tell me how it's easier to use compared to Pete's '53? Personally, I don't think how it could be any easier since it's pretty smooth on and off. Just curious...
