:iagree:x10 love my 845

Meguiars waxes: Ultimate liquid wax,#26 hi- tech,Gold class plus.. and Take notice to the Collinite #845 mentions reason?? :awesome: at the price point "NOTHING" to date anyways comes close as far as beauty/durability/versatility add to rubber trims & rims just amazing!! Quick thanks to BobbyG for turning me on to it:urtheman:

definitely swissvax....

but on a serious note, 845/476S in my opinion

I have used 845 several times and love it. I just recently tried the CG XXX and was very impressed also. The last vehicle I detailed is used the CG and then topped it with 845. I looks great. Eitehr way I don't think you'll go wrong.

I've always liked Meguiar's waxes, but must give this Collinite a looksie someday.....

If you do a good job polishing, it won't matter what wax you use.
I'm going to wet sand and buff my dd, it was just painted last summer. After I buff it with the wolf gang twins and do a layer of supernatural sealant, which wax would give me the best wet deep gloss? I was tossed between p21s, cg xxx and dodo supernatural or rain forrest. It's a black white red three tone paint and again it's a dd so fuzion and souveron are for the most part out of the question unless they look twice as good as the other waxes. I will be maintaining it with dodo born to be mild and either hydro or time to dry durring the drying process. I would also something that leaves a nice shine for a month or so. Thanks in advance for any suggestions guys

i love meguiars products but imo 845 is awesome, if you want a megs wax that imo gives around the same as 845 it would be mirror glaze #16. my car quest has 2 more tins, im about to buy them tomorrow.

I love M16, I have 12 Tins.....

I'll add onto this by asking: What about Meguiar's #26 wax? I can see that the 845 is at about the same price point. What are the differences between the two? It seems #26 has a ton of positive reviews, as does the 845. I'm still new at this so bear with me. A few weeks ago all I knew was, "Wash and wax, just pick something." Boy was I wrong!

This is just my guess because I haven't used #26 but I would say 845 is a little more durable

845 is by far the best when it comes to price performance. Personally I think the p21s is great. Much easier to put on than the 845 and delivers a briliant shine on whites and reds..

Paste versions of Megs #26 and Mothers California Gold do it for me. They're very easy to apply and 2 light coats yield a deep shine. Durability is good on both too. For spray wax, Optimum Spray Wax is hands down the best. Megs Ultimate Spray Wax is ok but doesn't last nearly as long.

Wrong, but right at the same time. You could do just that and have a great looking, well protected ride all of the time without too much effort. Meg's Cleaner Wax FTW!!! :righton:
