Best way to clean fabric wheel well liner?

Stiff fender brush like the SM arnold one does fine for me.

My 06 TL has them. I just scrub it down with a wheel well brush and let it be. My car is lowered so hard to see in there anyway.

What about dressing for fabric liners? My Model S has these and I can get them 90% clean, but wondering if a little dressing would cover up the rest. I've tried GG Undercarriage Spray and it does an OK job. Was going to try Meg's HD at 3:1 once the GG is gone.

Has anyone found a better way to clean these fabric wheel wells? Is there something that can be applied to make future cleanings easier?

my thought would be to coat them with a truck bed liner type product like duplicolor bed armor or line-x, i don't know how much it would affect the sound deadening of the fabric though.

My Grand Cherokee has them and usually I just blast them with water every weekly wash.. With Quadra Lift air suspension I can have more than enough room to clean them properly but it takes a lot of time to rinse them well after using APC and brush, and they look faded/grayish after that!
I'm planning to coat them with Cquatrz Fabric & Leather Coating when I have enough time to properly clean them prior to coating.

Teslas have these in the rear wells. Awful painful to clean, but the only way I have gotten them really clean is to take the wheels off and pressure wash the area. I did put some Gtechniq I1 on them, but I'm sure that will last an entire week!

Lengthy pressure wash...

These showed up on the rear wells of my 13 Accord. I'm sure the "fabric" is a little different across manufacturers, but I have had no problem getting them clean with APC and Mothers Fenderwell brush and a good spray of water from my firehose nozzle. I have yet to try my UC dressing on them yet, so I don't know how well that works on this material.

I don't have these. But if I did, I would be looking into doing something along this line.

I detailed a Lexus RX350 last week that had fabric liners. They were incredibly dirty. I used my pressure washer and it cleaned them perfectly. I had to move it very slow with the nozzle fairly close, but my washer is only 1700psi. Lots of dirt and brown water was released, I had to power wash the customers driveway after, lol
