Best way to do headlights using pc but without the entire kit?

I have the o ring lube for the pool pump.
i dont think i can get them off...

The O-ring is just for the lamp and is about 1" in dia.

The 2 half's of the complete headlight housing are put together at the factory and I did not have any luck getting them apart.

Mine did not have the side marker as part of the headlight so these might cost more money or if your luckey they may come apart.
 
just wondering...wouldnt Klasse AIO be safe for this? or are the qualities of the plastic such that the chemical process might do more damage?

They need to be sanded with multiple steps and then polished back to beauty. I've been doing a lot of them lately.:D
 
I have use my PC with 4" blue LC pad and Poorboys 2.5, then #1 at speed 4&5with good results. From the picture, it looks clear at the top where the hood and fender shades it. So I'm thinking its from the strong Calf. sun. Don't see any nipples you have to work around. (I'm not going there) :D You may have to go the sanding route like Spoiledman says. Try everthing you have, what the hey.
 
FWIW, I tried Powergloss with a 4" cutting pad on the rotary and it was a no go.

Craig, No they have no nipples and no, I won't go there either.
This van came from Georgia - it was 2 or so when we got it - maybe 2 1/2....
can't recall.
The tops are clearer from me scrubbing with Klasse AIo and Meg's Plast X by hand.
That is all.
