First off, I searched the topic and found two products that AG sells to remove old wax, but I think there is probably other ways to fix my problem and maybe get some new tricks.

My wife has a little Honda Civic for her daily driver and it has a decal on each side of the car for the DOHC engine. I'm guilty of getting too close to that decal when polishing the car and now I have white, dried up polish along the edges that drives me crazy. I can't figure out a good way to clean it up. Any suggestions? I am about to remove the decals for good to make life easier, but I want to try to fix my mess first.

I'm learning a lot very fast on this site. Thank you everyone.

Hi Ed, I use a one inch wide paint brush, you can cut down the bristles to about 3/8" and it works well. You can cut one down on an angle to get into tight places also. Good luck Rich

Great idea! Thanks....

paint brushes and very soft toothbrushes often help. Sometimes a little car soap or a solvent like 3M's Wax/Adhesive Remover helps too. Start light and move to the bigger guns as needed.

Clay is very useful as well, just don't let little bits of clay get stuck in the edges.

Thanks all. I have a bunch of ideas now. I'll be out in the garage after dinner working on this. Thank you!

A toothbrush and a toothpick along with one of the solvents mentioned above or a good APC.
