I just saw this recently in a major Hardware store here in my place called ACE Hardware, they are selling probably only the Karcher Pressure Washer and tons of accessories, this particular piece of junk, sorry Accessory, is the one which caught my attention due to its harsh bristles (trust me i examined the exposed bristles and they are way too harsh for my skin, not mentioning your car paint !!) unlike the meguire's one which is actually soft to touch, (yet I wont use ANY sort of brush on my car paint) I really don't understand how does a company with huge reputation such as Karcher sell this stuff yet more markets it to be used on your car paint !!... how do they get away with stuff like that ?!...

Wut do u guys think ?!...

I think if I had an old POS off roader covered in baked on mud that might be perfectly suited to the task... sometimes a jet wash doesn't cut it..
Its just another option.... and its not Karchers (or any other suppliers) responsibility to fix stupid.. if people can't observe and judge then its on them..

I think it's a added revenue stream for the company, and marketed for people who have no common sense or just flat out lazy.

It "should" be used for other objects other than a car.... I can see using it on windows (car or home) and for possibly cleaning vinyl siding or garage doors, but definitely not on a vehicle.

But, there are folks less anal than us and just want to clean crud off their cars and don't know or don't care about swirls in the paint.

Honestly, if you do fleet work that thing probably could help a little. I'd love to use that thing on some tires and rims I see. Not for paint though, i'm curious about tires though, seems like a killer tool for wheels and rime, tires wheel wells, etc....

They should advertise this product on "Plenty of Swirls"

Just because it hurts your skin, doesn't mean it's going to scratch paint. The material itself is what matters. You could cut your skin with a plastic razor blade, but can cut masking tape directly on your car all day and not leave any scratches.
