best way washing really dirty car?

^ Unless your commute requires you to go off roading or if you only wash your car once in blue moon, rinseless is fine.

How often do you wash your car and what kind of road conditions do you regularly drive on?

drive city/hwy with short 4 mile commutes to work or weekends longer trips around the city. I haven't washed in 3 weeks so I'll double bucket wash it with a grit guard bucket for rinse water. I need to get a routine to wash weekly so I can get a good polish of slight swirls out and wax on it with my Griots polisher.
 
I never use foam, as I'm always detailing on location and I think the foam isn't that good for the enviroment. I always dilute ONR 1:1 and spray the car and leave it dwell for 3-5 minutes while I set up everything else. Then I rinse and go to 2 bucket method...

What about a dent? Who would like to get hit with 2100 psi

No damage. Your a lucky guy. For information purposes, I would not hit my Porsche and Jag with that much pressure.

If you wash your car every other week, you should be ok with rinseless. If you feel that your car is a bit more dirtier than usual, perhaps you might want a strong dilution for the added lubrication. Use very liberal amount of solution and rinse your mitt more often.

I wash my car once a week and when I feel that my car is dirtier than usual, I pre-soak with the rinseless solution at 1oz per gallon. These are the times when I have driven thru rain or snow.
