Hi Members,

Six steps To better Customer Care services of automotive companies
1. Don’t over promise and under deliver.
2. Answer your phone.
3. Have a skilled tech support highly trained and familiar with your product.
4. Check in and see how I’m coming along and what kind of progress I’m making.
5. Be open!
6. Call me BACK!!

Those are my 6 steps for better customer service. If you have others and would like to share, please do so.

sounds like a rather good starting point for most all businesses ...
 
7? Do whatever it takes to make sure the customer leaves happy. If he/she does, they may tell a few of their relatives and friends. If they don't, they'll tell everyone they know!!!
