Im actually thinking on using a 6.5 hybrid pad.
And buy a free spindle da later to use with 3 and 4 inchs pads for the most to reach sections.... Probably griots 3"

a friend of mine has the pe-14 with the adapter. never uses it. says it's mostly because the pe-14 is light and compact and the adapter is large and bulky.

I have used a rotary for years and bought a Flex 3401 a few months ago. I am done using a rotary polisher except to spin out my pads after I have cleaned them. In my opinion the flex 3401 DA will be the only machine you need. :dblthumb2:
