Good work. I do something similar to my mufflers every few years as cleaning them off of the car is far easier than polishing to tips while in the car.

Do you have a clue why the connecting pipes didn't get '100%' like the rest?

Great info, and great timing. I'll soon need to do some exhaust tips that likely have never been touched in 13 years. I wouldn't have thought of Bar Keeper's Friend, but I have used it on other metal surfaces with great success.
