SOFT!!!
or it was for me , a pain to finish , took me an extra day to get the job done.
i try at least 7-10 combinations of machine , pads, polish paste to get around 80% on the finish stage. i usually get 95%+ when comes to polish/finish polish.
a big thank you to Scott and Jay , i run out of ideas and start calling people.
the correction was done with flex da and sip , 5.5 lc green light cutting pad in speed 6 , finish was done with meg g110 da , 3m ultrafina on meg polish pad on speed 4 , very slow passes.
2x optiseal

*for next jag like this... i will add some extra time/price for sure.

where is that 20% that is not corrected? lol That thing looks flawless!

Great work!
You should have talked to Dust to Glory, Michael Champion.
He did my 2011 Black Cat (2011 Jaguar XF - in Ebony black - the non-metallic black that Jag has) and had all the same "soft paint" issues you say you had. He ended up with a combo that also did 80+% correction & Opti-Guard (the pro version).

Awesome looking!
I agree with Tundra_10, where is the 20% you couldn't get? Looks like you got 99% of everything based on those pics.

fabulous job on a fabulous car! and im a critical jagphile. note my pic.

That looks fantastic!! Great work, I love those Jags.. especially when dressed in all black.

Nice place and nice car, and I think you might be a little rough on yourself, that paint looks great! Photos are very nice as well! Great job!
