Black drops stuck on paint...

Hey everyone. I was washing my car this morning when I noticed something on my driver's door. I tried to remove it with my fingernail without success. I then tried mineral spirits. Nope. My final attempt was with Scratch-X. Didn't budge. Please have a look at the attached photos and see if you can figure out what this is bonded to my paint and how I might remove it. Thanks.

When you rubbed it with mineral spirits, did nay color come off on the towel?

Not one bit came off on the white paper towel.

Please never touch you paint with a white paper towel

If your fingernail didn't budge it...I doubt claying will have any impact either

You might try a plastic razor blade next
