I'm not in any hurry for my order, but do you have any idea when you are going to get caught up from the black Friday/cyber Monday sales?

We're making great progress thanks to our amazing staff of pullers and packers. We couldn't ask for a more dedicated team - in addition to working last Sunday, they worked 13 hour shifts all week in order to get us caught up. Most of them are working today as well!

PBMG is not only a business, but a family as well.
 
I just recieved an email from UPS that my package was damaged. :cry:
 
P.S. If it has to be resent if there is any way I can add a couple of things I would like to.
