Black friday sales!!!!

Well I don’t know what to say maybe it was a glitch in the system, but all I know is I’m mad at myself for not getting it then. Sorry for any confusion. Happy Holidays All

Not sure where you are located that an order takes a week to get to you unless you are on west coast. And not sure what "status" you think we are the same crew, same company, but resting on our laurels?? Well everyone has a right to their opinion but to say we are getting lazy or complacent is a strong statement, we strive everyday to bring the best education and tech support we can to our customers. Our same day ship rate is about 98% of orders, we moved to back to UPS for many reasons, one of those is they are shipping and moving packages on the weekends in most areas now.

You know what. that was not fair on my part. AG got to be number 1 in the industry, and then everyone else had to up their game. I wa in the midwest for years. And shipping was always at leats a week from the time I would order. And like I said, I love Autogeek, I also just placed an order, it's just that sometimes the shipping takes longer than it should, especially when I need something quickly. That's all I wasn't trying to come off like a DBag, but after reading my post again, I clearly did. And for that I apologize
 
I am impressed with PBMG as a whole and think that they are the best out there day in and day out
I dont understand the comment about one of the reasons for the change is that UPS is now moving packages on the weekends. Wasnt FED EX-- i am 99 % sure they were

My personal exp is the whole process with delivery is better with fed ex-- much better
 
It used to be that way here too but since USPS is delivering for them (Fedex) it’s gotten worse.
 
Worth noting is that some things are prohibited from air shipment by Federal regs, eg. aerosol products. In those cases, AG must use UPS ground shipment, and that is usually noted at the bottom of the product's listing.
 
USPS is delivering all the time for UPS-- which makes me mad. Never had usps deliver one of my fed ex packages-- yet anyways
 
I’m no fan of USPS deliveries either. My carrier can be pretty incompetent just delivering the regular mail at times.

Big time.

3-4 times a month, I have to walk next door and hand my neighbor his mail that was delivered to my mailbox.

(I moved into this house in 2005, and he moved next door the year after). SMH.
 
I have had to deliver mail belonging to someone on the next street over from me and I’ve had some of my mail go missing. It’s frustrating

Looking forward to it Meghan. I kept looking for a package but it never came, so it looks like I never completed my previous order. I would have realized that sooner if the Order History page were working. So I'll make sure to catch this next one. Happy Thanksgiving!
