Black Light advice.

I would do BL, Pete's, wait at least overnight, then V7. I've tried it the other way with V7 before wax and I think the V7 looks best as a last layer. YMMV.

Have you used the Butter Wet yet?? I almost ordered some last week...if not please let me know what you think of it after you use it.

Still have not tried it. I got it not too long ago. It's a very nice thick wax. My buddy used it on his trans am, He did black light, butter wet wax, and v7 last, the car came out ridiculous. That's why I bought it lol.

Go with CG 50/50 if you have it, awesome wax! Either way you cn't go wrong just throwing an opinion out!:)

I've used it. Results were pretty impressive for such an inexpensive product, and could be one of the easiest application/removals from CG.

I doubt it has the same protective properties as some of their other waxes, however it's a solid bang for your buck product.

So is BL considered a polish and will it remove old sealants and wax?

I laid down a layer of KAIO and the Glaze sealant. Would applying this remove all that work or will it only enhance it?

I guess the general thought is CG BL is mostly a glaze. I know folks here have laid it down over glossworks glaze by hand with good results. That would probably be the way to go to top KSG

so the confusion starts again jajaja. I'm going to try it both ways, since I like to wax every 1-2 month.

I need to post up pics but I can't find my damn memory card or usb cable!!

I did my cobra this weekend. By hand. Never again lol

black light, butter wet wax, topped off with v7. On monday I gave it another coat of v7. The paint is so ridiculously smooth and wet looking.

Please find that memory card!!!!Im the MAN

I know im going freakin crazy. I hope my brother didnt loose it. But I used the v7 last and everyone know's silver is a bit hard to really make it stand out than darker color's. But the car in bright bright light, or at night in a parking lot under the lights, its stupid glossy. I was blown away

Glad you liked it, I'll be receiving my order hopefully this week, Can't wait!

Couldn't agree with you more. I use all those products as well on my Audi. It's quartz grey metallic (lighter color) and night street light reflection off the car is obscene! Definitely the work of the V7.

I think I'll order some and give it a try. Haven't been disappointed in any of CG's products yet.

Great thanks. This is for a garage queen so durability isn't a big issue...it's all about the look. lol
