Black Magic Woman: 2016 Corvette

It is really tough to make a car that already looks good look amazing but you nailed it. Amazing work as always and I appreciate the extra information you include in your posts.

I noticed some orange peel on the car is that pretty typical of a factory paint job on the corvettes.

Awesome job Richy, love this car man.
Thanks very much...that makes two of us!

You're most welcome for the info. And thanks very much. I think black shows the OP the most, but it wasn't nearly as bad as GM paint used to be for that.

Awsesome work Richy! :xyxthumbs:

Man the C7's look so good in black!!
Thanks Davey; I SO agree with you!

Great work as usual Richy. Sweet Ride.
Thanks Dave. Yes, it would great in my garage every day, LOL.

Looks great..and the garage still looks spotless (clean).

Thanks Al. I have been trying to keep it looking great but I'm a bit disappointed in the garage coating. I'm getting some quotes to have it re-done.

Like to know the softness/hardness of the C7's clearcoat compared to the C6's-C5's-C4's... Soft or medium or hard? Thanks.

Well, the car I'm working on right now is a 2007 Z06. I actually took a picture of that one next to the black one, but I forgot to include it in this write up. So I'll be able to tell you soon. I'll probably get to compounding and polishing it by Thursday I think. I'll compare it when I do the write up for the yellow one.
