I bought the Range Rover a month ago and it looked great when I made the purchase. After a few washes, the swirls and defects started to become evident, so I made a thread on here looking for a reputable detailer in Louisville and Alan at OCD-Tailing reached out to me. We scheduled a time to drop it off and I am very happy with the results. Alan did excellent work! He even showed me how to polish since I'm learning and gave me some product and pads! Very nice guy and I'd recommend him to anybody.

COOL cell phone shot!

Wow, how nice of you to post about a detailer here helping you out! Thats what should happen when someone does something nice for you! Thank them and make it known they are a good person.

Congrats on the now beautiful RR!!!

Your Range Rover looks brand new after the attention it received.

See if Alan will chime in with a description of what process was used.

It's great when a detailer gets credit for their good work.:buffing::xyxthumbs:

Wow amazing before and after, that's a sharp looking Rover

What year is it?

Congrats on the now beautiful RR!!!

I respect people that work hard and take pride in their craft and think they should be praised as it seems to be a dying breed. Thanks, I love the RR!

Thank you! I'll let him give those details because I'm still learning and it can be confusing lol.

Thanks! It's an '07.

Cool evening sunset shot. Is that you holding the hooked up pads and polish???? haha. Let's see if Alan can peak in and describe his products and process briefly.

Thank you all for your kind words concerning the Range Rover detail. My process was as follows:

Iron-X on wheels
Megs Tire and wheel cleaner
Dawn wash
Machine clay with medium Nanoskin pad
Menzerna 400 on microfiber pad using Flex 3401
Optimum Poli-Seal with Lake Country White Polishing pad on Flex
Megs Glass Cleaner
PERL on tires and exterior trim

I was very happy with the results considering where the vehicle started. My customer is beginning to learn the detailing obsession (I warned him about the addictive nature of our passion) and I'm sure he will take great care of the paint now that it is corrected. Thanks again to all of you for your encouragement. :dblthumb2:
