hello, well i am trying to decide what to get to take care of my slightly faded trim. i have it dow to these choices.

1. Black WOW only
2. Poorboy's TR. then cover with Pinnacle Vinyl & Rubber Protectant

or if possible;
3.use black wow then cover with Pinnacle.

which one of three would you pick??

FYI; i will use DP cleaner
 
Have you considered Ultima Tire and Trim Guard? Its my Favorite!
 
i did look at it but was not sure about it. UTTG is a one step thing right? or would a layer of protectant go on after it aswell?

UTTG is the protectant. It's not actually marketed as a restore product.

UTTG will last much longer than any of the other products you are looking at (products under 50$ per oz.). It is a sealant that lasts ages and is resistant to many cleaners. I haven't found a cleaner that is even capable of removing it from my bumpers! Certainly resistant to any water and rainfall! Anyway, for the first couple days or maybe 1 week another product might look darker but after that there is nothing the other products offer that come close to UTTG. Well, I should probably mention Duragloss 531 as well. Almost forgot about that. It lasts a long time but is a little bit of a different type of product. I prefer the look of the UTTG over DG 531 for trim.

mmm, well unless there are better options over $50 per oz. price is not a issue. then its looking like UTTG is it... i really have not even looked prices, just heard good things about those. what would you rec for products over $50 per oz.?

If it gets to the point where I have to put down one product, then top it with another...I'm not going to use either one.
 
I have had excellent results with Dry Shine Black Trim Restore Treatment.
 
I have black wow that I put on the arches of my wife's mini. It seemed to darken very nicely, but I did not get the lasting that i was hoping for. I would say it would 1-2 months at best. I just use either Megs Hyper Dressing or even my DP tire gel and apply it at every wash. It is a pain, but it looks great when it is done. I might have to try the Ultima Trim and Tire Guard!
