Wow did that car age well, and geeze... are you sure you were not taking a picture of yourself in a mirror in a couple of those shots?? ;) Great job!

Damn that car was hacked from the first picture, especially for a car with 3k miles on it! Such a great job turning this car around. The inside of that car is sick looking.

Cosmin, what tools/polishes did you use to polish the wood trim on the interior?

Just like a black BMW should look like. The previous owner really neglected it.

To bad the chrome wheels ruin the look for the car.

^^ smack its funny you brought that up. Generally chrome wheels make me want to regurgitate whatever I last ate, however I did not even notice them on the car until you pointed them out. I think the OP and just the beautiful lines of that car actually understated the wheels when I was looking at the pictures. I totally agree with you though, polished would look so much nicer!

Chrome is best used as winter wheels.

BBS LM's would look killer!!

the whole trims was black painted and clear coated.
i use the oval yellow hand cutting pad with 105 , g110 da with polish pad and 205 , 3in griots da and polish pad with 205.
where the hand brake is some deep scratches was left, too deep and is all like a bowl , i couldn`t correct that , but the back of the seats , dash and doors where finish nicely.

Awesome work on a car you almost never see. Your get to work on some of the coolest cars.

Awesome job! An interior polish job isn't something you see every day! Im the MAN

Pic with the Jet flying overhead is awesome! Good work.

thank`s guys , this was one of the few of my best detail that i document in before/after pictures

I'm wondering what color black that is ??? It looks like Jet Black. I can't believe how great that finished with M205. A lot of times you read how that doesn't finish well on BMW Jet Black- but your work looks perfect. Maybe it's a limited edition color black because its a Z8.

Did you have any issues with hazing?

Did you have any issues with hazing?

nope , i work the first 2-3 passes with pressure , i release 1/2 pressure and go for 3more passes , i finish with 2 light passes, da/g110 and meg polish pad or hex polish pad same results , speed 6.

thank`s

Hey down in front. You are blocking my view. Great job.
