I like the shine of chemical guys blacklight and v7 combo.
I also like to layer in some Blacklight wet diamond for protection.
How would all of you suggest layering these products ? would blacklight go first and then wet diamond or would I not even need wet diamond ? Does Blacklight and v7 offer enough protection ?

Hmm not sure on that one. Since Blacklight is also a sealer of sorts, I would imagine you could put the Blackfire WD on after the Blacklight, then V7 again after that. Never tried that personally.

I have applied Blackfire WD after CG EZ-creme glaze, then followed with a carnuba wax (which looks great too).

I don't think it is a question of "enough protection" but "how much protection". You will probably get less protection out of the Blacklight/V7 than a Blackfire WD application (ie: ~3 months vs. ~6 months).

Do some tests and see how it goes :)

I would use the blackight followed by the Blackfire. I normaly use V7 after I rewash a vehcile and not after the initial detail. In my opinion the V7 will not be needed after the Blackfire. The WD is a great LSP and makes the vehicle look great, especially over the blacklight.

i did this to my Genesis..

I first applied Blacklight (because it's more of a glaze and that goes first), then a day later BFWD (sealant) and few hours later sprayed it with V7. Great results!
