Blackfire by Hand

I was going to try Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish before applying Wet Diamond, but I'm working by hand and was wondering if it would be worth the effort. What I notice any difference . The car has about 6000 miles and the black paint looks to be in good condition.

It will clean the paint and provide a nice prep for the BF sealant. BFGEP is not for correction, might hide very light swirls. With that said, I'd use it.

If some correction was needed, what product would one use effectively working by hand?
 
For hand correction, I'd use one of the Meguiar's consumer line products - Swirl-X, Scratch-X 2.0, Ultimate Compound (from least to most aggressive). That said, correction by and takes a lot of effort and time, and there results will likely not be as good or as consistent as using a machine.
