Blackfire C and P

Hi guys! Someone recommended to me that I should use Blackfire Compound and Polish on my 1993 Ford Taurus SHO. Now i thought that those were only for that new type of super hard clear coat? Is it safe on my car with a orbital buffer? If you have a better recommendation please tell me! lol. Thanks! oh and p.s. the paint has swirls and pitting.
 
I just used the SRC Polish on my Uncle's 2010 Subaru Legacy with a dark blue paint and that thing was swirled to no end. I used my 7424xp with a 5 1/4 white CCS pad and went to town and it came out awesome. Still had some swirls left and could have definitely benefit from a compound but all in all, that polish did amazing work considering how the car started and makes me very excited for the spring when I use it on my car. I can't speak for the compound, but loved the poish! Good luck!

Your car is a base coat clear coat and yes compounding and polishig will work wonders. Don't forget to wax or seal it. My guess is plan for an 8 hour day to get it done right. Just kick back and enjoy the process the end result will be worth it.

As for product it's personal preference. Mine is M105, M205 then Col845. Yes a buffer will be required. They all work some better than others but in the right hands they all work.
