Blackfire Interior Protectant

Sounds like this an all around protectant. With the mystery leather seats I have I was

thinking this might be the way to go. Any thoughts? I was wondering it had any fragrance

to it also.

I was going to order some to try but all three sizes are on backorder.

Oh well. Maybe it will show up on BOGO later in the year.

It's on backorder because it's being replaced by a new product - will be out on 31 Jan (and already out on Autopia Car Care) :)

Thank you.I know the "leather"part of the seat is in the middle seating area. I tried a few tests on it to try to determine if its leather, vinyl coated leather or Pleather. I dropped

water on it..It doesn't soak in but I apply conditioner once a month so....I tried to lightly scratch it with my finger nail but it doesn't really scratch. I think its coated leather.

I am buying another car ( Dodge) in a few weeks. It has Nappa leather trimmed seats...????
 
Most leather in cars is coated leather. Conditioner is unnecessary as it cannot get to the leather itself and can cause problems with the finish on the Leather. A protector however will help keep the leather clean and protected against dye transfer etc.
Nappa leather traditionally was sheepskin leather but is now used simply as a name often given to full grain pigment coated leather. Clean and protect on a regular basis to keep it clean and in good condition.

Yes. That helps. Thank you. So I would imagine its only high end vehicles that have a need for a leather conditioner.
