You will love it! I have seen him use PNS on top of this stuff as well. I'm a big believer in product "synergy" so I think I'm just gonna spring for the Blackfire Synthetic Spray Wax. Price wise it won't hurt too much to try. It supposedly contains Polycharger which is an old rapid curing additive, I'm hoping that it will cross link with the same stuff in One Step and give me the ultra slickness and shine I want from the end product while upping the durability by a little. I'm sure it will work a whole lot better in the sun than the SiO2 Sealant at minimum. Don't get me wrong, the SiO2 Sealant is OUTSTANDING. I used it on top of One Step on my gf's car about 5 months ago, and it surprisingly still beads water and is holding up well. Just need something a little quicker and easier to use.

Oh man!! Yeah it reminds me of the old Zaino days of mixing the catalyzer with the sealant in those tiny little bottles :laughing:

I apologize I can't remember the member, but I stole someone from here's method when I did my Wife's Mom's black Volvo last summer - In his post, the member used Griot's One Step Sealant, but I used BlackFire One Step the same way: Do your rounds with One Step, leave on to haze. Before wiping off, spray a stripe of the PNS on, then wipe off. Still wipes off One Step easy. (I think it may have been Cruz's Car Wash. It was a production detailer for sure.)

I haven't had a chance to do a hand wash on the car yet, but last time I saw it it's still looking stellar. She's just been doing drive through touchless washes to my knowledge.

Planning on using BSD as a drying aid when I get a chance to give it a proper wash.

Those are all excellent products. I use The Hybrid Liquid Wax on top of One Step.......and by itself often.
 
I can't wait for it to warm up so I can get started. The forecast is looking better next week

OK...OK... I was going to wait but I am putting BF on the cart now. LOL
 
I'm not sure how Blackfire one step compares to Mothers CMX 3 in one but I suspect that they have similar cut. I got pretty good results with the CMX with a Griots Fast Finishing MF pad. That seemed to give it a slight bit more cut than foam and finished down nice,
 
Blackfire One Step is the real deal folks.
I just had a chance to spend some time today with my PC 7424xp and some LC white flat pads on my lifted black Silverado
Oh my.
I went over it with some Blackfire BlackICE Hybrid Liquid Wax and the shine is pretty good. I'm happy with the results.
I'll post up some pics in the sun tomorrow.
