How much liquid can a BF Pump Sprayer spray on a single set of pump ups? I wanted to find out. I've used this thing about a dozen times or so with waterless washes and will never use a spray bottle again.
Besides being easier to use, it lays down a lot of product FAST. Some say you use LESS product, but I actually find myself using MORE - which is a good thing with waterless wash in my opinion. Of course, the choice is yours, you can adjust the spray for a super fines atomize like pattern. But, it has the ability to lay the product down fast. This means all the waterless wash didn't just run off the front door you just sprayed, while you were spraying the back door.
Sprayer filled with Pinnacle Waterless Wash
I started with 1000mls (1L) of water:
This IPhone video shows the sprayer delivering the whole 1,000 mls of water on a single set of pump ups.

About 30mls was left. That wasn't because it ran out of pressure, it was because the pick-up tube didn't reach it all. I've found you can pressurize this thing, come back a week later, and it still holding pressure.
One thing I have noticed, is the pumping mechanism takes up a decent amount of volume inside the bottle. So, if you fill it all the way to the top and screw the sprayer on the bottle, you loose a good ounce or two of product due to overflow.
I've found marking a "fill line" saves a lot of product from spilling and allows you to maximize the amount of liquid you add.
Also, at 48 oz its a pretty convenient size for diluting in, as most products dilute in multiples of 16oz. Even UWW+ is 22oz, so you can just double it to approximately fill the unit.
The only thing it's missing is a measuring scale on the side. I'm not really sure why all sprayers don't have this, but it seems few do.
