Got kind of a stupid question, but gonna ask anyway. Just curious what you guys are doing with the Blackfire Wet Diamond. I have a sample size and want to try it on my black f150. I was thinking to polish out the truck in the evening and apply this and not wipe off. Let it sit in the garage all night and in the more buff off and excess and then apply a coat of Dodo Juice Purple Haze Pro. Would this work well? or should I wipe off the sealant after it hazes and go right to the purple haze? any answers would be awesome!

I did this on one of my cars. I applied BFWD, let it sit for 9 hours, then buffed it off. Applied a topping & when I went to wipe it off, it made little marks like scratches in the paint. They were very difficult to remove. IMO I think you should apply BFWD, let it sit for 20-30 minutes, wipe it off, then let it cure 8-12 hours, then apply topper. Applying & curing should be done under cover out of direct sunlight.

You apply then you wipe it off in one hour. I never leave it overnight. But if you want, you can tell us what happen after.

Are you sure the scratches are not from the microfiber towels? Or when you're applying the product by hand?

I would go around the truck and apply the BFWD. Then when finished start wiping it off where you started applying it. Let it sit overnight and in the morning apply the Dodo Juice.
