Blending lines in paint...

I've seen this in the past on 2 or 3 different cars.

I have made no attempts to remove these. I just lightly buz over them and leave well enough alone. I make a note of this in my reports.

Question---Can one actually remove these? Logic in my mind is no. Maybe one can minimize the looks a bit but actually remove?

You can never truly remove them, you can improve them to the point of temporarily visually disappearing, but they will show back up over time. Its just that the average person who doesn't know a swirl from a squirrel will never notice them. Keeping them clean and covered(LSP) is what will make them last.
