I haven't tried this yet but was curious if anyone else has, Is it possible to wash an entire car with a rinseless (say it's a small car like a 500c or Mini) and then take a blower to it? Does a rinseless need to be wiped in order for the polymers to bond and create shine?

Would Duragloss 931 be better for this? I heard Aquawax is pretty friendly.

The blower will not pick up the dirt. You will have to wipe to get a clean surface. In fact, you should do a initial wipe and then a final wipe.
