Blowing dry?

I use an old toro with a 12 gauge extension cord. However, a new one with more power could be found for about 79 dollars

I use a gas blower. I promise the stuff coming off the road after a rain storm is 10x worse than the bit of burnt gas byproducts that comes out of the exhaust of a leaf blower that *might* settle on the paint.

I wash my car weekly, I'm not worried about it in the least.

glad it works out for you and more power to you. no thanks...

Can you please expand on your response..... I use a HIGH powered blower with no problems... Am I missing something....

My echo exhaust spits liquid that lands on the paint... Looks like sheit.

That's terrible that you have a "sheity" blower; but, that sure doesn't mean that anyone else has a similar one.

I tried to blow dry my car - but got out of breath before I even got one fender dry.

You lack focus, LOL.

Seriously though, my gas blower is a 2 cycle model (oil/gas mix) and I still don't worry about it. I've held it at every angle including upside down and it's never leaked anything.

I'm pretty anal retentive about my car (I'm on the correct forum :) )and I've used my two cycle leaf blower plenty of times and I've never seen anything get on the paint or any leakage.

Thanks for the input everyone! Seems like I'll get a dedicated leafblower for this!
