Not a good day folks! I was on the way home from the BMW dealer and a lady ran a red light....just as I entered the interesection..bang!

I'm a little sore on my shoulder from the impact (my shoulder apparently hit the door pillar...and, yes, I was wearing my seat belt)

Don't think my BMW knowledge can buff that out.

Autch, that is bad! The most important thing is that you are okey :) The car can always be fixed. But not with the metabo :p Its not fun to crash! I know..
 
Good to hear that you are fine.

Sad with the car also, but material things can easily be replaced.
 
damn...totalled? atleast your ok, that was one clean bimmer though
 
a little Advil and some Bondo .... and both should be fine !
 
could have definitely been worse.......glad you're ok.
 
Toto, it's good you're ok! I don't wanna see an AGO member seriously injured.

Glad you're OK Toto. Man, that got every panel that it could in the front end.
 
That sucks, I would be soo pissed. Its a salvage title now, huh?

Toto, that blows! Sorry to hear about the wreak and the shoulder. Good thing it wasn't worse. A second later and it could have been broad sided.

You should go to the Doctor to make sure it is just a bruised shoulder and nothing more serious.
 
Sorry to see/hear that Toto! I hope you are alright! Make sure you get checked out by the doctor!
 
Toto..glad you were o.k. I am a collision reconstructionist and only get called out if the crash is a fatal. I have had one case where the deceased was a brother of an ex-copper..that was strange. Too many people die in car crashes. Again..glad you're ok.
 
Glad that you're doing OK, Toto. Sorry about your BMW. Definitely get checked out by a doctor.
 
Glad to hear your okay Toto, sad to hear about the accident. I was tought to always look in the bright side so here goes.

Seriously though, hope you feel better Toto and they say that after accident's you don't really feel the full pain/ache till the next day or so. Hope you recover and I hope you get your BMW fixed.
 
Toto that sucks man, i am a fellow BMW owner, i feel your pain. :(I am glad you are okay:), how did your shoulder hit the pillar, the HPS(head protection system) and side air bag should have prevented that? good thing you were wearing your belt. As for the car, i would be carfull about getting it fixed, most of the time cars that have been through a crash never drive the same:(, you might be better off replacing it. it doesnt look totaled, but if you dont need those rims any more i would be more than happy to take them off your hands, ive been looking for some black rims for my 325ci:p take it easy, and go see a doctor about your shoulder, i hope its nothing.
 
I'm very sorry to hear and I definitely know how it feels, four years ago I was T-boned by a person that was paying more attention to his cell phone than a stop sign. Yes, seat belts don't help with side impacts. I know it firsthand.
