Ok Geeks, need some advice. I am setting up a booth at my local Porsche Club Swap Meet in April. Here is what I have so far:

Table
Pop up shelter
Banner
Business Cards
Display of products and DA machines (Flex and PC)
Pads, polishes, LSP's, etc
Different MF towels to show good and bad ones
Black Caddy CTS that will be pre-corrected, leaving half of hood uncorrected for live demo (if there is power available)
My Porsche in the Concours as another example
I may have free pens available if they come in by show time.

What am I missing?

I have used pop-up shelters in the past and I would strongly suggest some weights of some type to hold it down. All it takes is one good gust of wind to ruin a perfect day. Other than that, looks like you've got it covered.

Cooler full of beer, a grill and some burgers and hot dogs! but that's me! lol. Don't know if that would fly at your club meet.

I did a few shows last year and I had all you listed plus water, soda and candy for people. Also I had a local model handing out flyers around the show. Got a lot of business from those shows, but also got a lot of people that just wanted to come over and tell me why they can detail their car with windex and paper towels...lol. Just prepare for haters, because some care guys tend to think they know how to do everything...lol

Great advice guys and thanks. The Boy Scouts are selling food and drinks so I may skip that part. However, personal beer may be on the menu. My Porsche ain't big but I know how much beer it can hold!
