Bringing luster/shine back to glossy plastic

I didn’t bring it up to the dealer being I assumed a light buffing would fix it. It wasn’t horrible and when I started it sadly got worse. I may just buy the replacement pieces. I just don’t see it getting any better unfortunately.
I was just saying the dealer "detail" department might have some suggestions about how/if the shine can be brought back. I know the people at the dealer would rather walk over hot coals than have to spend money replacing parts, so maybe they have had to buff these pieces before.

FWIW, I did find a forum for these vehicles, and there were some threads about restoring shine, but they seemed to be more about using detail spray on them than actual polishing.

Look on the edges and beyond and see if it's wrapped/ppf.
No reason that you shouldn't have made progress otherwise imo
